I've been using it for 3 days now. It fits perfectly in my hand. I can't fall asleep right away, but it feels like I'm sleeping soundly. It seems to stimulate blood circulation as the current flows, so I use it during my downtime.
I received it and tried using it at level 5 while watching an internet video during the day. It was a video that I was really interested in, but I ended up falling asleep. This seems like it could be used to help with sleep.

It seems like a low-frequency massager; setting the sensitivity to about 7 or 8 would be just right. Anything above 11 feels a bit stinging.
