• Minor variations in product appearance, color, packaging, or specifications may occur depending on supplier batch and availability. These variations are not considered defects.
• Shipping and transit timelines are estimates, and delays caused by carriers, customs, or fulfillment partners are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for compensation or warranty claims.
• Healvia Health is not liable for third-party errors, including packaging issues, fulfillment delays, or handling conditions during transport.
• Any claims related to product defects, damages during shipping, or order discrepancies will be handled according to our Refund Policy and may require photo or video evidence for assessment.

By placing an order, you agree that Healvia Health’s responsibility is limited to the terms explicitly stated in our Refund Policy and that no additional warranties, remedies, or liabilities apply beyond those terms.
