We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery availability may vary based on regional restrictions or carrier limitations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows (after dispatch):

• Standard International Delivery: 5–12 business days
• Remote locations may require additional time

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to:

• customs clearance
• carrier delays
• weather events
• local postal operations
• global logistics disruptions

Healvia Health cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Reporting Rule)

We inspect all packages before shipment; however, damage can occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

To process your claim, we require:

• your order number
• clear photos of the product
• photos of the packaging
• optional but recommended: an unboxing video

Verified issues are eligible for a free replacement or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that show as “delivered” but are not received by the customer.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
We will help you with documentation if needed.

Packages Delayed by Carrier or Customs

Healvia Health is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

• customs inspections
• carrier disruptions
• weather conditions
• natural events
• pandemics or border controls

Refunds for late delivery are not provided in such cases.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

In most cases, customs and import duties are prepaid; however:

• Customs policies vary by country
• Local authorities may impose additional fees in rare cases
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer

We cannot control or predict customs charges.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Healvia Health is not responsible for:

• delays due to incorrect addresses
• failed deliveries
• packages lost due to inaccurate information

Refunds or reshipments will not be issued for orders lost due to customer address errors.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

• the address is incorrect
• the package is unclaimed
• the recipient is unavailable
• the customer refuses delivery

If this occurs:

• We can reship the order once the correct address is provided and the reshipping fee is paid
• If a refund is requested instead, we will refund product cost only, not the original shipping fee

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been shipped.
