Thank you for choosing Healvia Health. We aim to ensure a safe, clear, and fair shopping experience for all customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period

We offer a 90-day return window. You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or modification.

How to Start a Return

If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), return shipping is free.
• For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered by customer), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will assist where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Rule)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
• optional but recommended: an unboxing video (helps resolve disputes faster)

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Healvia Health is not responsible for:
• packages marked as delivered but not received
• packages delayed by customs or the carrier
• packages lost due to courier issues outside our control

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will assist you with documentation if needed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
• incorrect or incomplete addresses
• missing apartment numbers
• customer entering wrong information at checkout

Refunds are not issued for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Orders may be returned to us by the carrier due to:
• incorrect address
• unclaimed packages
• recipient unavailable
• refusal of delivery

In these cases:
• Reshipment is available once the customer provides a correct address and pays the reshipping fee.
• Refunds (if requested instead of reshipping) cover product cost only, not original shipping.

Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
• personal care, hygiene, or beauty products
• custom or personalized items
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:
• the item is not returned in original condition
• packaging is missing or damaged
• parts or accessories are missing
• the return is initiated after the allowed period (at our discretion)

The final refund amount will depend on the condition of the returned item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first.
After your return is processed and approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
